As an Epic Fuse user, I would like an option to add Bonds Client Type policies in Policy type mapping. We have some campaigns that we do not want to target the bond policies if that is all that is on the account, but this is not currently possible. The option we have is to remove full accounts that are marked as "Bonds" in Epic.

As a Fuse User, I would like to have a sequence target only policies that meet the conditions specified in a segment, but without needing to use a policy event to trigger it, and without using an Account Date sequence that targets a policy-level date. This would allow me to run an ongoing steps sequence targeting each policy but only the policies outlined in the policy rules in the segment(s).

Sorting by the column header 'Next Scheduled Step' would show the sequence/timeline of which clients are slated to get the emails in chronological order. This will be helpful to remove before they go into the Outbox.

As a user, I would like to contact my clients on their birthday for Birthday messages. This data is not currently available for EZLynx.

As a Fuse Business Texting user it would be beneficial to send a message with "option 1" and "option 2" and based on the response selected automatically trigger a second text message to send. For example: text 1 to opt in and 2 to opt out. From the response a second message specific to the response will send in reply to the client.

User would like the ability to download testimonial responses possibly as a spreadsheet export. Export would need to include the review or testimonial responses, company name and customer names that have left reviews. This would be similar to how we are able to export segments in Fuse.

As a Fuse user, I would love to see notification descriptions in the My Profile > Notifications settings. At this point, it is not clear where the notifications are going to be sent and how often. I would like this to be made clear with an info dot so the user is clear on what is being turned on.

As an Attract client using the social posts feature it would be beneficial to be able to select the frequency of the automated posts based on the specific social media platform. For example: if a user were to set up custom post scheduled for a specific social platform, being able to minimize the frequency of the automatic posts so visitors to that platform are not overwhelmed but multiple posts that week outside of the regularly scheduled posts.

As a Fuse user, I would like the ability to integrate Canopy Connect. I'd like leads from Canopy Connect to be populated into Fuse as Pipeline leads.

As a user, I would like to have one place within Fuse where I can see all of the upcoming campaigns and when they're scheduled to go out within a calendar month or weekly view. It would be easier to see where specific campaigns overlap and it would be beneficial to be able to click on each day to see what communications are going out for which clients and compare if there is any overlap with messages going out.
