Disable Activity Syncs for Certain Campaign
This client would like the ability to disable activity data syncs for certain campaigns or broadcasts to avoid spam in their management system.

NPS Response Export
User would like the ability to download testimonial responses possibly as a spreadsheet export. Export would need to include the review or testimonial responses, company name and customer names that have left reviews. This would be similar to how we are able to export segments in Fuse.

Active Account/Policy Segmenting - Bound vs Effective Customers
As a Fuse user, I would love clear segmenting for bound customers and those with currently effective policies. Currently, searching for Bound and active customers by using the Advanced rules but it is not clear which option to use. A customer becomes an active account as soon as they have a bound policy but it is not clear how to sort for bound vs effective accounts since they both show as "Active" status accounts on Fuse.

Epic Life & Health client type integration
As an Epic user, I would like the Life and Health checkbox to be supported in Fuse as the Benefits one is not used for these types of clients. This would allow for easier segmentation of the clients in Fuse.

Fuse integration with RingCentral & LightSpeed
While our Business Texting is a strong solution, RingCentral & LightSpeed are very commonly used phone & texting solutions within this industry & some agencies do not want to change their texting solution but would like to automate texts in certain situations.

Epic upload - Sort for Policy Servicing Level 5
As an Epic file upload Fuse user, I would like to sort for and utilize Policy Servicing Role 5. Currently, only 1,2,3,6,7, and 8 are available but I need to segment for a specific Policy Servicing Level 5 employee which is not currently possible.

NowCerts API set up through API Settings
As a Fuse User that uses Momentum previously Nowcerts, I would love if the API was set up through the Agency Profile > API Settings. This would allow for a seat to not be taken up by the API user. This is a newer feature in NowCerts/Momentum that would be great if Fuse was able to utilize.

EzLynx - Integration with Deceased Field
As an EzLynx user, I would like to use the deceased field in Fuse segmenting. This field is located on the Contact Details page. This would allow me to restrict these accounts from communications in Fuse.
