Customer Suggestions

As a Fuse user, I would like the ability to delete segments that are in paused campaigns, as they aren't being actively used. Currently, the process to remove a segment from a paused or archived campaign is somewhat tedious. Simplifying this process would help streamline workflow when removing old segments that are no longer needed. Alternatively, if there is a way to archive segments similar to campaigns and have them in a separate tab, that would help keep the main list organized.

As a Fuse user, I have the Business Insights tab to view for my entire agency. It would be great if this feature was available for my Account Managers to have for just their client information only.

Currently, Fuse has logic to identify a primary contact that is marked as Main Contact and is the Insured on the Personal Profile. But if there are multiple email contacts on the Personal Profile, it selects one randomly. As a user, it would be helpful if Fuse recognized the sort order in which I have the contacts on the Personal Profile and choose the primary contact that way.

We understand that the AMS360 integration imports only Active and Past Customers and limits legacy data. With expiration dates within the past 5 years, and other records like Prospects are included only if created within the last 10 years.

As an Epic BDE User, I would like the ability to segment Benefits-related fields in Fuse. Specifically, I'd like to have the option to either target or exclude accounts that have either a Benefits Account Manager or an Asst Benefits Account Manager listed in their account in Epic.

As a client, I would like to be able to preview and edit emails being sent to secondary contacts. Currently in the Outbox, I can see that an email is targeting additional contacts. I can click to view who they are, but I can't see what their email will look like or make edits to it. This is important because it would allow me to change the name or salutation and personalize the emails as needed.

As a Fuse user, it would assist our reporting efforts if the date of the submission is included on the report.

Currently as a Fuse user, Clickable Coverage is only available within two campaigns in the Content Library. It would be beneficial to be able to add Clickable Coverage scenes to other forms/campaigns for more customization.

With the recent update, the outbox view has changed. I would like to suggest the possibility of offering an option to switch between the new layout and the previous one.

As a user, I would like the ability to view a user log of logins and updates throughout the platform.
