As an Epic BDE Fuse user, I need to have access to sort for the line type code for segments. We are currently working on a segment for Home policies with a specific Line Type but this field is necessary to sort for these customers.

As a User, I would like to ability to select a specific User to receive these notifications instead of anyone with the manager role.

As a Fuse user who supports those with Epic integrations, I would find it useful for an Agriculture Client type selection to be available. Currently, the categories are Benefits, Commercial, Financial, Health, Life, Non Property And Casualty, and Personal. Generally, only Commercial, Personal, and Benefits options are used but another option that is frequently requested is "Agriculture". This option would help separate the Farm policies from the Personal or Commercial types and allow for more consistent mapping for Epic.

Currently, all forms create leads in the Pipeline. However, most of our forms are renewal questionnaires used by active customers. We need the ability to be able to exclude certain forms from creating a lead.

As a Fuse user, I would like to be able to remove the customer since date from testimonials. I know that it is possible to change the customer since date in Fuse and Epic but we would like to be able to disable this part of the testimonials.

As a QQ Catalyst and Fuse user, I would like the physical address to be derived by first the Address type of "Mailing" and then the "preferred" address, if multiple Mailing addresses are listed.

Feature to add leads to the pipeline from a CSV file. Wouldn't want to be listed as clients, but just prospects.

I would love to be able to see a Sold, Closed Remarket, Closed - Do not contact in the Tiles in the pipeline. Along with that triggers that would send an onboarding campaign once policy is Sold. Also, if the policy isn't sold and moved to Closed/Remarket a campaign that would then trigger an email campaign for that client which would be sent the following year. And all of this would also integrate back to Hawksoft

As an Epic user, I would like the policy servicing roles derived from the policy-level fields. Additionally, I would like the ability to send from ANY policy servicing role for emails not just confined to the policy Producer or Account Rep.

As a User, I would like to be able to move clients from one Pipeline to another.
