As a Fuse user who works with AMS360 I would like to be able to have a merge field for policy information from the writing company instead of the carrier.

User would like the ability to preview text messages under the text editor screen for Custom Campaigns. Sort of similar to the preview screen for emails in custom campaigns where they can see what the text would appear like from a mobile view. This would give the user an opportunity to preview Merge Field selections in their text messages in a mobile view before sending them off. I've placed an example of the email preview screen I'm referring to below.

As a Fuse user, I would like the ability to view and filter campaign metrics directly within a campaign. It would be helpful to see performance data for individual campaigns and emails, with the option to filter results by age ranges and specific demographics. This would allow for a more detailed understanding of how clients are engaging with specific emails. Currently, I'm only able to see general information, such as an email open rate, etc.

As a Hawksoft user, I would like the email body content to be sent and shown in the activity in Hawksoft. This will allow Agents who do not have access to Fuse to view the communications to clients.

I'd like to be able to automate Pipeline so that if someone opens an email, they move onto the next step. Currently, I'll need to manually move the lead over if I see that they've been opening the emails. With this improvement, it will streamline my process and create less manual work for me as well as my team.

I'd like to be able to search leads in Pipeline by factors other then by the lead name. Currently, when you search, it only accounts for lead name and if you search by email, it pulls up leads unrelated. I have a few leads with the same lead name in Pipeline and wanted to search them by company name instead. This did not work and only pulled up leads that has similar words in the lead name that was within my search. Ideally, enhanced search features would include the ability to filter by specific fields, such as Company Name, Phone Number, or Email.

As an EZlynx user, I'd like the "Master Company" field we use in our management system to be available within Fuse. Currently, the "Writing Company Name" field is supported and adding "Master Company" would allow for more accurate segmentation.

In HawkSoft, we heavily rely on the Lead tags and # of Employees fields for our Prospect accounts and would love if these fields were available to sort within Fuse. These are not currently available within the integration.

I would like Fuse to sort by the Policy Description field in Partner Platform. This will help segment to include or exclude policy types.

As a Fuse user, I would like the ability to add pictures to text messages being sent out to clients through campaigns.
