* Know which agents are performing well
* Where deals are lost in the sales process
* If we will hit our quota this month or not
* Total premium in each stage of the pipeline
* Average closing rate of each stage in the pipeline
* Closed lost reason tracking, so that I can see why we lose deals over time
* Track conversion rate by lead source, so I know where to focus on the front of the funnel

It would be great if several of these statistics could be presented on a dashboard for the Agent, similar to what the Manager role can see on the Business Insights. When clicked on, it would drill down into a list/details. In addition, the Manager role should be able to see all of the Agents on their team (need a way to assign Agents to a Manager).

This is the type of reporting we would like to see. Having the date a lead is moved from one stage to the next would be helpful too.

Would love to also see :
Total Premium by Producer & CSR or any assignee.
Ability to have individual producers run and see their own reports.
Every report to have sorting capability by header and filter options.
