As a user, I would like the ability to have the option for "Primary Or Secondary Contact" within the email builder for the recipient of the email.

Currently, while running campaigns in Fuse we are only able to target the Primary Contact, Secondary Contact, or Primary & Secondary Contacts with the emails.

We would like the ability to have emails send to Primary or Secondary.

To further explain, if the Primary Contact's Email is empty we would like this to have background logic to automatically pick up on the Secondary Contact and send the email there.

We would like this to function this way to prevent 2 emails from going out on accounts that have both Primary and Secondary Contacts - but also be able to set up campaigns to send to the Primary Contact but if there is no email for the Primary to default to the Secondary to ensure something is still send out to the client(s).
