The #1 priority for AR should be to get the ability to respond to the texts from cell phones. I was told when we were looking for a new texting platform, that our agency would be able to do this. They said the texts would come in through our email and when we replied it would go through the browser on our phone. As stated in the comment from 2023, producers are often time not always near their laptops. Right now when we hit reply from our email, there is an error message that pops up. Hopefully, this is being addressed immediately, and a solution will be forthcoming soon.
