As a user, I would like the ability to choose which policy the anchor date targets in a campaign outside of the default highest premium.

Currently, if I want to target a specific policy to do this - I have to create a Policy Segment only including one policy type. However, in the specific case use - we want to build a campaign to target clients who have both an active home and active auto on their accounts but we only want this sent based on the Home policy expiration date.

We would like the ability to target multiple specific policies but choose which policy type dates we want this to be tied to in the campaign itself.
