Archiving to the correct account

Having an issue with our commercial clients who have multiple businesses (and therefore multiple accounts in AMS) but the same contact number for all. You cannot select the correct account to document the conversation to as the system will only pull up one of the accounts.

Also, allow to have multiple numbers on the accounts to identify customers. Some businesses and personal accounts have multiple people who want to text us, and it won't link to AMS account if the 2nd user is not listed under the cell phone section.
