We write a decent number of food trucks and part of their renewal emails has always involved us attaching their list of equipment to review. Each list is unique to each food truck so we can't really use a landing page or anything like that to substitute that information.
Or if we could easily link text in the emails that would be helpful too. Instead of having an ugly adobe link to the cloud, we could link the phrase so at least it would be more visually pleasing

As a user, our agency would like to be able to add attachments to our Welcome Kit. We currently are sending out a physical packet of various info to our new clients and it would be more cost effective and efficient to be able to digitize that to send right away. Thank you!

Invitations to community events, flyers on new departments or with product specifics, how to guides for systems such as benefits and ease logins, partner company infographic style flyers, newsletter style notifications and announcements. This could potentially give us the ability to target those who were truly interested because not only did they open the email, but they clicked open the attachment. This would also allow the email to be shorter because we could put in depth information in the attachment and leave the email to be simple and enticing.

Kendall King: Thanks for sharing your idea about including attachments in emails. While it's an interesting approach, there are a couple of challenges to consider:
- Mobile Compatibility: 80% of emails are opened on mobile devices, so it's important to ensure content is mobile-friendly.
- Spam Rates: Email attachments can increase the chances of being marked as spam.
Instead, consider using links to mobile-friendly landing pages or creating visually appealing email newsletters with infographics. This way, you can still share valuable information while keeping the email simple and enticing.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help implementing these alternatives!

Hello Rachel - what type of situation requires attaching a file?

Lucas Jans, VP of Product: With all the huge increases (in insurance rates), we would love to reach all types of clients by giving short, bullet point info so that it's not overwhelming and have an attachment with more detail for those clients that like more detail.
