Customer Suggestions

As a Fuse user who works with AMS360 I would like to be able to have a merge field for policy information from the writing company instead of the carrier.

As a user, I would like the the BCC header to only show in BCC emails for Manager accounts in Fuse and not for any agent users. This will ensure the Agent's do not get confused or ask for access to Fuse.
